Service Description
RKC Athlete Advisory is a 12-month strategic advisory engagement for athletes and families navigating recruiting, athlete development, positioning, opportunity, and major career decisions. The engagement begins with a comprehensive intake and evaluation covering recruiting history, academics, current opportunities, film, digital presence, and positional identity. RKC then develops a personalized Athlete Advisory Plan outlining priorities, target opportunities, development needs, positioning strategy, and next steps. Throughout the year, the engagement includes: Monthly athlete and family strategy meetings Monthly live evaluation or game-analysis touchpoints Recruiting strategy and target-school planning Film and performance evaluation Athlete positioning and digital presence review Recruiting profile and communication guidance College visit preparation and follow-up strategy Opportunity, offer, and program-fit analysis Decision support for major recruiting and career choices Quarterly strategic reviews Ongoing advisory access for time-sensitive recruiting questions Midyear and year-end progress evaluations RKC does not promise scholarships, offers, or placement. The program is designed to help athletes and families make more informed decisions, improve positioning, identify areas requiring attention, and create a more intentional path toward the next level.
